Very nice selection there leelee. The Youngbloods kind of passed me by when they hit the AM airwaves, (at least I didn't buy any records), then disappeared from the inventory for many years. I picked up 'Get Together' with 'Darkness' on the B side, on an EP, quite a few years afterwards. The only Youngbloods I have, (excepting the JCY solo stuff)
Yes they passed me by initially as well, I remember only "Get Together" as one of the selections of the soundtrack of my life. I heard SUNLIGHT in a movie soundtrack maybe 5 years ago..and bought the Elephant Mountain cd from Amazon. It has since become one of my favorite folk-rock records.
Admittedly I don't know these guys. I'll have to check 'em out.
Just listen to the selection I have here P...you can hear the entire song...real 60's hippie stuff, I like it.
